4 months in stainless steel vats and 1 year in oak tuns and barrels.

This wine is made from a selection of our old Grenache Noirs from our Cabrières parcel in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It has a lovely ruby-purple colour and a nose reminiscent of red fruit, jam and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied with well-developed tannins, a chalky edge, sweetness and fruit, with notes of raspberry, pepper, blackcurrant and blackberry all asserting themselves. This is a fine, elegant and powerful wine.
