4 months in stainless steel vats and 1 year in oak tuns and barrels.
The first nose is spicy, with vanilla and pepper. This is followed by aromas of ripe fruit, such as prunes, and plenty of freshness. The nose becomes more complex as it airs out and warms up. The palate is powerful, silky and full of finesse. The tannins are already well blended. A base of black fruit (blackberry, prune), with chocolate and menthol notes. Lovely structure. The finish is quite long, supple and round.
